A luxurious mixed-use resort set on the island of Hvar in Croatia, St. Juraj offers an unparalleled lifestyle in a natural and unspoilt environment. The development provides owners with state-of-the-art sustainable homes within a vibrant resort at one with its location. Taking these influencers, we looked to position the St.Juraj development as ‘A Natural Destination’ in Croatia, helping shape the brand positioning and marketing strategy along with supporting launch collateral.

With the scale of the plans, our strategy included the creation of neighbourhoods within the resort, separating out real estate offers based on style and location, adding to the exclusivity and unique qualities of each offering. The sail symbol reflects the history of an island that formed an essential base for the Adriatic trade route and is still a magnet for the yachting community today.
