Digital Strategy, tone of voice & website creation

Set within the heart of Bhartiya City, India’s latest smart city, the Nikoo Homes residential development is set to raise the bar for living and working in India and the sub-continent. We designed and built a fully-optimised website to showcase these ultra-modern homes alongside a digital marketing strategy to bring them to market. With the Nikoo Homes mantra of ‘homes for everyone’ in mind, content was tailored to each visitor based on their current requirements, be that a young single professional to a multigenerational family.

To ensure a consistent tone of voice throughout the Nikoo Homes communications, we developed a copy style guide to inform our copy site-wide and across all digital communication strategies.
